I am not an architech

In the past, building reflected the culture of society. today all modern building look alike. Ho true do you think this is ?

Well honestly this issue is so not me, I never learn or interested to the architect field. But I do love to take picture in front of some ancient and special buildings. I also agree that in hundred year ago building shown what kind of people and community live in that time and I also think that it is maybe because building is a great master peace of an architect, the building is one kind of art, and nowadays we cannot find all building in a great taste of art. I have some opinions in my mind.

 

First, arts are not a thing that reflected us anymore, some people really love arts, learn about it but not every people really appreciate it just like in the past. We live in a world that everything is judge by their labels, their money, everyone runs to get rich to be more acceptable by the society, so the house they'd built is about hg and how shiny the things inside the house, it is not about the art because they think its useless.

 

Second, people in this era have different taste of building, we have new type of building called 'simple', simple house, simple apartment, simple office and all others simple buildings, I don't think this is because people don't understand about the art, I was just think that sometimes simple houses are more artistic and shown who really are.

 

Last, there is no more space to build now, we run in the era when people will do everything to get the money, and this is just so fit to the industry. Free land are used to build company and no more left to build house, that is why now we have a lot of super high building called the apartment, which is built to adequate the need of a place to live.

 

To sum up, I would like to make a conclusion about my view of building s a refection of the societies culture. I do agree that the buildings now is not reflected our culture and this can be because of three things, first it is because people are too busy making money and the ruled of building for the rich is make it big and all things look shiny, second it is because we have different taste of building and last is the lack of free land t build some new place.
